PSYCHOSYNTHESIS & LIVING ETHICS

Theoretical-practical workshops

Ljubljana, September 2024

What is psychosynthesis? Psychosynthesis is a technique that allows us to consciously and plannedly shape a person's psychological image and, when the time comes, to slowly integrate it around a suprapersonal, more inclusive psychological center. In a general sense, psychosynthesis refers to the process of personal growth or man's natural tendency to coherently and functionally connect the many psychological layers of his being and over time, following the natural process of evolution of consciousness, begins to reintegrate them around a higher, more inclusive, transpersonal center of awareness. This process can be consciously supported, and psychosynthesis in the narrower sense is a conscious attempt to participate in this process. The central functions of our self, which are used in the process of personality reintegration around the transpersonal center of psychosynthesis, are awareness and will. What is Living Ethics? Living Ethics is the scientific-philosophical teaching of Russian thought about the universe as a whole: about its origin and development, its structure and laws, the role of intelligent forces (cosmic mind) in the development of the universe, the evolution of man and human society, the moral and ethical foundations of existence and the ways of spiritual progress as a necessary requirement of evolution. It teaches about the multifaceted structure of man, laws, and ways of managing psychic energy. The most important goal of the upcoming evolutionary stage is the spiritual transformation of man by expanding his consciousness, raising his energy level, and purifying his matter. As part of nine theoretical-practical workshops, we will touch on the basics of psychosynthesis and Living Ethics, as well as some methods and techniques of personal and transpersonal psychosynthesis. The workshops will take place once a week (probably on Mondays from 18:00 to 20:30) in a small group. Individual consultations are also possible. Applications are requested as soon as possible or no later than September 4, 2024. The number of participants is limited. The workshops will be led by Tatjana Tomažin Dakić, M.Sc. business of science, who studied psychosynthesis at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London and studies and translates Russian texts in the field of scientific philosophy, and Living Ethics. Chen XiaoXing

Tolmin, Slovenia, August 2018

In August 2018 students of the grandmaster Chen Xiaoxing from all over the world had the last opportunity to work with him outside China at a 7-day seminar in Tolmin, Slovenia. He was assisted by his eldest son, master Chen Ziqiang, and three of his closest disciples. As a guardian of traditional approach to learning/teaching of Chen taijiquan, to which he is dedicated all his life, grandmaster Chen Xiaoxing does not tolerate any shortcuts in the learning process. He also repeatedly stresses the necessity to learn and understand Chinese culture and philosophy, as a prerequisite for all advanced students hoping for further developing of their skill. The film bears witness to that nowadays disappearing traditional approach to Chen taijiquan teaching, and is made in gratitude to grandmaster Chen Xiaoxing for his lifetime work in protecting this traditional approach.
